The asset is the famous Berengaria (Verengaria) hotel in Prodromos, Limassol. The stone-built mountain hotel consists of 80 rooms allocated in two wings while there is also a second building of 280sqm which was used as offices and a third building of 200 sqm which is used as a restaurant. The total enclosed area of all three buildings is 5.000sqm and the total land area is 26.520sqm. The historic hotel was first opened in 1931 and closed in 1984. It is located on top of the hills offering panoramic views, just a few steps from Prodromos Square. Berengaria Hotel was once the most luxurious hotel in Cyprus, served as a haven for royals and other titled guests.
